Whilst we are delighted to be able to play golf again, the Coronavirus is still very much with us and so we will be strictly adhering to the government’s rules on social distancing and general safety to minimise the chance of the virus spreading. Your co-operation and help is greatly appreciated. So in order to golf safely, the following rules will apply at Libbaton Booking a tee time is absolutely essential. 1. Please phone 01769 560269 to book your tee time. 2. Please arrive at the course 10 minutes before you are due to start and check in with reception. Score cards are available from reception or the lobby. Only ONE person at a time at the reception desk. You must observe social distancing both in the Clubhouse and on the course. 3. You must not come to the Golf Course if you know you have got Coronavirus or suspect that you have come into contact with someone who has Coronavirus. 4. The Men’s and Ladies toilets will be open, but only one person is allowed into the toilet area at any one time. Changing rooms will remain closed. 5. In The Clubhouse:- Face coverings must now be worn in all areas of the clubhouse. Max. number of 6 persons per group. Social distancing MUST be observed. Use the hand sanitisers provided. Please go to your seating area, either in the Clubhouse if available or outside, a member of staff will take your order. Do not close any doors which are propped open. 6. The Practice Area will be open but social distancing must be maintained. 7. Please do not hold anybody else up on the course, as queuing will be highly problematic. If you lose your ball immediately wave any group behind through. 8. Please do not touch the flagstick. The cup holes have been made deliberately shallow so that players need only touch the golf ball when retrieving it from the hole. Do not touch any other signposts etc. on the course. 9. Please leave the bunkers tidy. There are no course rakes. Smooth over as best you can. 10. Please stand at least 2m apart at all times when waiting for other golfers to hit their shot. Care must be taken to park trolleys and golf bags at a greater distance to ensure that correct distancing is maintained. If any of the above are seen to be blatantly disregarded, you will be asked to leave the premises.
Please make certain that you fully understand and agree to the above rules before starting your round. If you have any questions please contact reception on 01769 560269.
